Seeking a full time RN with excellent clinical skills to work in Homecare. Must have 2-5 years' experience working in a clinical setting. Provides, arranges, teaches and supervises nursing care of clients in the home. Manages a client caseload, carries out nursing skills, contributing to treatment and rehabilitation, and assesses individual and family health needs and hazards- existing or potential. Training and support provided for the competent, autonomous nurse. Any full-time (40 hours) Homecare nurse of GVNA HealthCare is eligible for a company car. Competitive salary and benefits.
Seeking a weekend RN with excellent clinical skills to work in Homecare in the Greenfield area. Work every weekend for 24 hours and get paid and benefitted for 32 or work 32 hours and get paid and benefitted for 40 hours. Does not have to be a Baylor position, could be Saturday and Sunday. Training and support provided for the competent, autonomous nurse.

EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO THE PRESIDENT
Seeking a qualified and highly organized individual to provide assistance for the President and CEO. Responsibilities will include verbal and written communications on behalf of the President and CEO for the Board of Directors, Board Committees, Senior Management, Leadership, staff, public and community agencies. Responsibilities will also include the coordination of the President and CEO’s schedule, including internal and external obligations, preparation for the monthly Board meeting, production of the bi-weekly employee newsletter, co-chair of the Policy Committee and assistance with the planning of special events for the agency. Strong verbal and written communication skills a must. A qualified applicant should have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 year’s business experience.
CLINICAL STAFF EDUCATOR
Homecare & Hospice
The Homecare and Hospice programs are seeking a qualified Clinical Staff Educator to be responsible for staff development, clinical orientation, competency evaluation and agency orientation. As a key member of the Homecare team, the educator must interact effectively with patients and their families, as well as with co-workers from all agency departments, community resources and physicians in order to facilitate the safe and efficient patient care. Responsibilities will also include maintaining currency regarding clinical practices, regulations and interpretive guidelines pertinent to the provision of Homecare services. This essential position requires weekend and evening responsibilities. A BSN, MSN or Master’s degree in a related field preferred. 3 – 5 years’ experience in a healthcare facility and Homecare experience required.
Hospice/Palliative Care Program
Seeking RN's with excellent clinical skills to care for Hospice and Palliative care patients. Openings are available in the Fitchburg/Leominster, Greater Gardner and Greater Athol territories. BABY’S BREATH PROJECT COORDINATOR
GVNA Healthcare is seeking a Project Coordinator to lead an initiative to reduce or eliminate tobacco use amongst pregnant women and positively influence smoking decisions amongst adolescent girls in Gardner, MA. The project entitled Baby’s Breath is a collective endeavor of key public health and health providers in the Gardner area. A qualified applicant should have a Bachelor’s degree in health sciences and/or experience in project management and ability to work with community partners effecting health care system and policy change.
HEALTHY FAMILIES HOME VISITORS
The Healthy Families program is looking for 3 enthusiastic and caring Home Visitors. Responsibilities will include the outreach to first-time parents providing home-based support, parenting education, screenings, advocacy and referrals to appropriate community services. Experience with young families, infants, toddlers and knowledge of community resources a plus. Reliable transportation required. Bachelor’s degree in Human Service, Childhood Education or related field required.
HEALTHY FAMILIES CLERICAL SUPPORT
20 hours per week / 5 days a week
The Healthy Families program is seeking an individual to provide clerical support including filing, mailings, copying and community outreach for both the Gardner and Fitchburg sites. Responsibilities will also include record-keeping, distribution of program supplies and donations and organizing, maintaining and reviewing program files. Good verbal and written communication skills a must. Reliable transportation required.
CNA / HOME HEALTH AIDE
Private Duty Services
Seeking coverage for clients during days, evenings and/or overnights. Candidates can choose which hours they would like to fill. A $250 sign-on-bonus will be paid to those who fulfill the commitment of working 2 overnights a week and 1 weekend overnight for 6 months or a $150 sign-on bonus will be paid to those who fulfill the commitment of working 20 hours per week for 6 months.

Gardner, MA-- 20 hours/week

Fitchburg, MA-- 24 hours/week
The Program Aide ensures that all clients receive the appropriate assistance they require while at the Center. Responsibilities include assisting with client hygiene, mealtime and activities. Centers are open Monday – Friday from 8:00am – 4:00pm. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. 2 years’ experience caring for elderly and disabled individuals. CNA and/or HHA certification a plus.
All three Centers are also looking for per diem help. If you are looking to supplement your income, this may be the job for you.
Homecare, As needed
HELP DESK SUPPORT
The Help Desk Support is responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to the agency computer systems, hardware and software. Responsibilities also include responding the inquiries, training computer users, running diagnostic programs, identifies problems and implements solutions with the guidance of the IT Manager. High School level or equivalent. Candidate must have excellent computer troubleshooting skills, organizational skills and ability to work independently.
The Finance Support position is responsible for functions related to billing and medical records. Candidate must have excellent computer skills, organizational skills, ability to maintain confidentiality and be self-directed. High School graduate or equivalent is required.
