Adult Day Health
Adult day health care is a cost-effective means to help elderly and disabled adults maintain their independence in their homes, as well as in the community. Our centers are designed for the comfort and care of your loved one in a safe, home-like environment.
Program Services: Nursing care, Social Services, Transportation, Recreational activities, Socialization, Special events and celebrations, Breakfast, Snacks, Hot nutritious noon meal, Personal care

Referrals: Any individual can make a referral. When a referral is made, nurses and social workers are available to answer your questions. We would be happy to arrange a tour of the Center.
